How to use the Invoice

Log in

First things first, let’s get you logged in.

  1. Access the system by entering your credentials.
  2. Locate the sidebar on the left-hand side to begin your invoice journey.

Initiate New Invoice

  1. Ensure the client is registered in the CRM system.
  2. Navigate to the “Sales” section by clicking on “Sales” in the left sidebar.
  3. Select “Invoices” and then click on “New Invoice” to begin creating a new invoice.

Invoice Details

  1. Search and select the client for the invoice.
  2. Input necessary details such as Invoice Number, Reference, Invoice Date, Invoice Due Date, Tax, Discount, and Invoice Note.
  3. Add item details, including name, quantity, rate, tax percentage, discount, and product description.

Total Calculation

  1. The system automatically calculates Total Tax and Total Discount based on entered values.
  2. Input the shipping fee and any extra discount.
  3. Grand Total (MYR) is automatically calculated based on all information entered.

Generate Invoice

  1. Click the “Generate Invoice” button to finalize and create the invoice with the provided information.

Manage Invoices

  1. Navigate to “Sales” and select “Invoices,” then choose “Manage Invoice.”
  2. View existing invoices in the table displaying Invoice Number, Customer, Date, Amount, Payment, and Status.
  3. Use settings (accessible via the “+” button) to view, edit, make a payment, email, SMS, print, preview, change status, cancel, or upload files.
