How to use the Quotation

Log in

First things first, let’s get you logged in.

  1. Access the system by entering your credentials.
  2. Locate the sidebar on the left-hand side to begin your quotation journey.

Initiate New Quotation

  1. Ensure the client is registered in the CRM system.
  2. Navigate to the “Sales” section by clicking on “Sales” in the left sidebar.
  3. Select “Quotes” and then click on “New Quote” to begin creating a new quotation.

Quotation Details

  1. Search and select the client for the quotation.
  2. Input necessary details such as Quote Number, Reference, Quote Date, Quote Validity, Tax, Discount, Quote Note, and Proposal Message.
  3. Add item details, including name, quantity, rate, tax percentage, discount, and product description.
  4. Specify employees involved and select payment terms.

Total Calculation and Shipping

  1. The system automatically calculates Total Tax and Total Discount based on entered values.
  2. Input the shipping fee.
  3. Grand Total (MYR) is automatically calculated based on all information entered.

Generate Quote

  1. Click the “Generate Quote” button to finalize and create the quotation with the provided information.

Manage Quotes

  1. Navigate to “Sales” and select “Quotes,” then choose “Manage Quotes.”
  2. View existing quotations in the table displaying Quote Number, Customer, Date, Total, and Status.
  3. Use settings (accessible via the “+” button) to view, download, or delete quotations.
  4. Click on a specific quotation to view, edit, change status, convert to invoice, convert to purchase order, email, SMS, print, preview, or upload files.
