How to use the Accounts

Log in

First things first, let’s get you logged in.

  1. Access the system by entering your credentials.
  2. Locate the sidebar on the left-hand side to begin your accounts journey.

Manage Accounts

  1. Navigate to the “Manage Accounts” feature to efficiently handle financial repositories.
  2. View balances and total accounts at a glance.
  3. Display account details, including account number, name, and type.
  4. Easily manage accounts by viewing, editing, or deleting them.
  5. Export account information to Excel for convenient record-keeping.

Balance Sheet

  1. Explore the “Balance Sheet” for a comprehensive overview of various account balances.
  2. View a list of account names for a holistic financial understanding.
  3. See the balance of each account for better financial insight.

Account Statements

  1. Access “Account Statements” to obtain detailed records of transactions for a specific account.
  2. Customize viewing by choosing the account, type, and date.
  3. Click ‘View’ to see the statement or ‘Export’ to modify and export all account statements.

View Transactions

  1. Check the consolidated view of transactions from all accounts in the “View Transactions” section.
  2. Easily navigate through transactions for a quick overview.

New Transactions and Transfers

  1. Add new transactions seamlessly by entering details in the “New Transactions” section.
